Eclipse Call Management Training

Whether you need training for new staff or a refresher for existing personnel, our training programme provides a wide range of professional and informative courses, for you and your team.


Data Track provides training courses to suit all levels of experience. For software based products, the only pre-requisite is that all candidates are familiar with Windows and Windows based applications. We can provide training courses on all of the Eclipse applications and the Tracker range.

Due to the nature of our products, some of the training courses are customised and tailored around meeting your requirements. Other products, such as Eclipse CMS have a very structured training course.

Training Centre

We run a dedicated training centre for customers who wish to attend off-site training. The UK training centre is located in Bramley, near Basingstoke, in Hampshire. Any customised training courses are usually held on customer premises.

Our courses are highly successful, and not only ensure you get the most from your system following the initial installation, but can also act as a perfect refresher during those times of change. We are flexible in our approach and aim to tailor our courses to meet your needs.


User Training - 1 Day Course

This is a 1 day user training course for people that will actually be using the Eclipse CMS system. It covers all the reporting functionality; generating reports via Eclipse and the Web.

Administrator Training - 2 Day Course

Administrator training is a two day course. It is split into two sections; Configuration and Reporting.

Configuration includes:

  • Service Providers - services, chargebands, rating schemes, phone numbers.
  • Sites - PABXs, extensions, trunks, groups and account codes.
  • Housekeeping - setting up of users & permissions and backing up of files.

Reporting includes:

  • Report Templates - creating new templates and editing existing templates.
  • Jobs & Scheduling - how to create new report jobs and add these to Scheduler.
