We use customer feedback to identify trends, areas of weakness, new opportunities and areas for development. Our management team reviews our survey responses internally on a regular basis; this review process is headed by our Sales & Marketing Manager.
Certainly. Due to customer feedback that we have had previously, we are just completing a major product integration to improve interoperability between our applications. In addition we have redesigned our product packaging and re-designed our website. Furthermore we are creating a product range in partnership with one of our customers.
