Seamless Integration With The Mitel 5550 IP Console and Superconsole 2000

The SuperDirectory application from Data Track significantly enhances the capability of the Mitel 5550 IP Console or Superconsole 2000. It is completely integrated with the Mitel application; they look and act as one product. Just one key press is all that is required to access SuperDirectory from the console keyboard; SuperDirectory pops up inside a window on the console screen. It enables an operator to search on many more fields and provides far more access to information, while still retaining all the features and functions of the console.

Tailored To You

The Mitel SuperDirectory software stores an unlimited number of entries. You can store multiple contact numbers per entry. Harness your existing information by setting the 30 user definable search fields to make the directory relevant to your own organisation. Create a central respository of information as operators exchange messages and notes establishing peoples working routines and current locations. Set start and end dates to keep the message up to date and uncluttered. Notes are automatically removed after the end date is reached.

Create additional note sets to hold emergency, operator and supervisor procedures. Store notes in one of the three categories to allow for your organisation's escalation and emergency features to be incorporated.

Configure security profiles for your operators and users to protect sensitive data. Determine which fields are unviewable, readable or editable in accordance with established policies.

Fast Response

Enable operators to process calls more efficiently as they perform a character by character search on any of SuperDirectory's fields, including your own custom fields. Results are returned to the screen as soon as the first character is entered and in less than a second. Wildcards can be used to find similar entries. The search is not case sensitive, so operators do not need to worry about how the data was originally entered.

Once an operator has found the correct extension or user, the call can be connected simply by highlighting the entry and hitting the `return' key. When an operator answers a call from an extension, SuperDirectory will be automatically triggered to show information associated with that extension.

Update Data In Just One Place

Wizards are available to import and export data enabling you to link the SuperDirectory database to a whole host of other applications. Data can be imported from a comma or tab delimited file or the database can be automatically linked to Mitel's Opsman, the Mitel switch, or your personnel database. It can also use LDAP to link to other application databases such as Active Directory. The Data export wizard allows you to export data to other applications so that you can produce your own printed directory if you wish.

Web Directory For Users

The Web Directory module allows users to have access to the Mitel SuperDirectory from a standard Web browser. Based on their security privileges users can change their search criteria and search on one or more fields. Records that match the search criteria are displayed and any one can be selected. All the information that the user is allowed to see for the selected record will be displayed including messages and related users.
