
Data Track has introduced an easy way for customers to provide feedback on their experience with the company. The initiative is part of a number of ongoing changes that aim to improve customer experiences. Feedback is provided through an online survey and being only 5 questions long should only take a couple of minutes to complete.
Data Track has appointed Sally Williams as a new Cisco focused Account Manager; Sally will be supporting the growing number of Cisco channel partners as well as looking to establish new partners to work with Data Tracks' Cisco approved Call Management and Voice Recording platforms.

The terms of the agreement helps us to deliver the best possible solutions and services, which in turn ensures our partnership is long and prosperous. What are the terms of the agreement?The Agreement seeks your permission for one or more of the following 3 areas: Product or Service Affecting CommunicationsThis means we will notify your customers of new software releases for existing end-user products and changes to the way in which any subscribed services are implemented. Existing Product or Service PromotionsThis is a lead generation initiative for existing end-user products or services your customers may have. It promotes new features, modules or capabilities, plus any related products or services that could result in new opportunities. All leads will be passed back to you to complete the sale. Company PromotionWe send general information about Data Track to customers. This can include information on new products and services, new developments, customer satisfaction surveys and feedback. Positive interest for new products and services will be passed back to you to complete the sale.
