Data Track Technology designs and manufactures much of our own hardware and we produce the majority of the software we use in our systems. We therefore have tight control over our cost base, quality of solutions and importantly, ability to design and innovate, meaning we are able to provide our customers with real value-added services, from hardware only through to managed services.

The main technology areas come from our long established track record of delivering high-end enterprise wise solutions for call logging, reporting and auditing. As the market has evolved from standard telephony to VoIP so to have our solutions. Similarly, switches themselves have more features and functions themselves, which we have been able to take full advantage in the development of next generation services. Due to the technology development relationships we have with leading OEM's and the way we work with the market, we are in a unique position to build our portfolio beyond call logging, unlike our competition.

This has lead to the development of many exciting new areas. Firstly Managed Services, we are the first company globally to offer a managed call logging service. The reality of many organisations today is simple, they don't want technology, hardware or software, they want the access to knowledge and information needed to make business decisions are enhanced working practices. Secondly, we are able to capture more information from the system itself, such as alarm status, meaning we can actively convert ASCII to SNMP alarms, be it from a switch, an IP device or physical, such as humidity, door or fire.

As well as these important developments, Data Track has always provided remote access to switches from a Tracker device, which has a built in firewall. As Switches have become more IP centric so too has the remote access capabilities within the Tracker, meaning we can provide remote access to many networked or standalone devices, regardless of proximity or function.
