
Data Track has introduced an easy way for customers to provide feedback on their experience with the company. The initiative is part of a number of ongoing changes that aim to improve customer experiences. Feedback is provided through an online survey and being only 5 questions long should only take a couple of minutes to complete.
Data Track has appointed Sally Williams as a new Cisco focused Account Manager; Sally will be supporting the growing number of Cisco channel partners as well as looking to establish new partners to work with Data Tracks' Cisco approved Call Management and Voice Recording platforms.
